THE DREAM PROGRAM

The Dream Program seeks to provide at-risk youth, homeless or unstably housed individuals with paid job training, life skills education, opportunities, and the supportive relationships necessary to attain self-sufficiency and exit homelessness.

Trainees will receive on-the-job training at Jeffrey’s coffee shop, where they will learn marketable job skills and feel empowered to move forward into their chosen career path after completion of the 12-month employment and training program. Each trainee will also work alongside a dedicated mentor, who will assist in the life-skills education portion of the training program.
